These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Softoreon website, as well as the submission of requests for information or quotations regarding web development, mobile applications, websites, eCommerce, automation, integrations and related digital services.
1. Website operator
The website is operated under the Softoreon brand by SAFETY GIGA SOLUTIONS SRL, registered in Romania, with registered office at VOLUNTARI, ILFOV, company registration number 40041115, email contact@softoreon.com, hereinafter referred to as “Softoreon”, “we” or “the provider”.
Important: replace the bracketed information above with the company’s actual legal details before publishing this page.
2. Acceptance of the terms
By accessing the website, browsing its content or submitting the contact form, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Checking the acceptance box in the contact form is required solely to document that the terms applicable to the request have been presented to you.
3. Purpose of the website
The website presents Softoreon’s services and allows visitors to request information, an initial discussion or a non-binding estimate. Information displayed on the website is general and does not represent a binding commercial offer unless expressly stated otherwise in a written proposal or contract.
4. Requests, quotations and contracts
- Submitting the contact form does not automatically create a service contract.
- Any timeline, budget or technical estimate communicated before detailed analysis is indicative.
- A project starts only after the parties agree in writing on scope, price, delivery stages, responsibilities and payment terms.
- Specific proposal or contract provisions prevail over these general terms in case of conflict.
5. User obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, not to use the website unlawfully, not to attempt unauthorised access and not to send malicious code, spam, automated requests or content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s design, source code, visual identity, text, graphics, logo and presentation materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. They may not be copied, distributed, altered or commercially reused without prior written permission, except where the law expressly permits such use.
Intellectual property rights relating to client projects are established separately in the relevant proposal or contract.
7. External services and links
The website may use or link to third-party services, including analytics, hosting, fonts, libraries or communication tools. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Softoreon is not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the website secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Softoreon is not liable for indirect losses caused by temporary unavailability, third-party services, inaccurate information provided by users or misuse of the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Personal data
Personal data submitted through the contact form is processed to respond to your request, communicate about a potential project and protect the website against abuse. Details on purposes, legal bases, retention periods and your rights should be set out in a separate Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions does not replace a privacy notice and is not automatically consent to marketing communications.
10. Commercial communications
We will not use your contact details for unsolicited electronic marketing without a valid legal basis and, where required, your prior consent. Project-related responses and communications requested by you are not considered unsolicited marketing.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect legal, technical or service-related changes. The current version is the one published on this page, together with its update date.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably. Where an amicable solution is not possible, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
